I think it was the Tempest where we played with "Virgin Megawhore".
The original store sits vacant.
On the lineup that same night was a "Stooges" cover band that played the most incredible sound check ever. Full Volume Stooges and tight. Standing Ovation for a soundcheck. I've never seen anything before or since like that. The Stooges rule.
